FreeStyle Libre + Alexa: step-by-step setup
The one thing people get wrong is which login to use. This walkthrough keeps it simple: there are two apps, and Ask My Glucose uses the follower one.
Two apps, one rule
LibreLink is the wearer’s app (it shows their own sensor). LibreLinkUp is the follower app (it watches someone’s readings). Ask My Glucose always signs in as a follower — so the login you enter is the LibreLinkUp one, never the wearer’s LibreLink login.
Works with FreeStyle Libre 2/3/3+ and Dexcom G6/G7. 14-day free trial, then $4.99/mo (family $9.99/mo).

Yes. Many people invite themselves — they install LibreLinkUp with a second email and use that follower account with Ask My Glucose.
Because linking needs the LibreLinkUp (follower) login. Enter the follower account’s email and password instead.
