What is Ask My Glucose?
Ask My Glucose is a simple bridge that lets you hear your continuous glucose reading out loud on any Alexa — and see it on any phone — using the sensor you already wear.
What it does
You connect the account your CGM already shares to (LibreLinkUp for FreeStyle Libre, or Dexcom Follow for Dexcom). Ask My Glucose keeps your latest reading ready and answers whenever you ask — on an Echo, through Siri, or on a live dashboard.
What it is not
It is not a medical device and not a replacement for your CGM. It never makes treatment or dosing recommendations, and it always tells you how old a reading is. Keep your sensor’s own alarms on and confirm on your reader before acting.
What it costs
A 14-day free trial, then $4.99/month for one person or $9.99/month for a family. It works with FreeStyle Libre 2/3/3 Plus and Dexcom G6/G7.

No — setup is a few steps, and there is a picture guide. The trickiest part (which sensor login to use) is spelled out for you.
